Admission forms for out-of-town students

In order to facilitate students outside Sulaimani and all high school graduates (scientific, literary), we would like to inform you that to receive the application form for the academic year (2023-2024) do not need to visit the institute Download yourselves.

Follow the following steps to fill out:-

1. The form should be printed on two sides on one sheet of paper (120 mg).

2. It should be filled in with a blue pencil

3. Fill in your personal information and paste a color photo

4. Visit your high schools to fill out and sign your marks

5. Visit your city or town education department to get a stamp and signature

6. Then return it to the institute and when submitting the form at the institute, submit the amount of (4000) four thousand dinars

notice:

- This form is only for students who are outside Sulaimani, because this form is different from the form in Sulaimani, so graduates in Sulaimani, must receive the form in the institute.
